Returns

Start your exchange or return online: print a shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.

Eligibility for Returns:
  1. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear, dirt, or alteration.
  3. The original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included with the returned item.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, along with the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Ensure that the RA number is clearly visible on the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please retain the shipping receipt for your records.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  6. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase or return.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Issuing refunds
